What is Lifestyle Medicine
Lifestyle Medicine is evidence-based, clinical care that supports behaviour change through person-centered techniques to improve mental wellbeing, social connection, healthy eating, physical activity, sleep and minimisation of harmful substances and behaviours.
How we can help
Our Lifestyle Medicine specialist, Dr Hannah Kendall, will explore your health concerns, be that current medical issues or the desire to prevent future ones.
We will work with you in a holistic way to understand the full breadth of your health in the context of your wider lifestyle, exploring areas such as sleep, stress management, diet and nutrition and movement, in combination with the best of modern medical practice, through medical examination and blood work.
We will work together to help you take control of your health and wellbeing, by incorporating a combination of behaviour change and practical solutions that fit in with real life to promote long term change in a sustainable way.
A Lifestyle Consultation could be ideal for you if you

Have a chronic health condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, IBS, anxiety or depression and are keen to treat the root cause and potentially reverse disease, rather than taking medication to manage the symptoms

The programme:
1. Initial consultation - 45 minutes with Dr Hannah Kendall to discuss your concerns
2. Blood tests to check various health parameters

3. Three follow- up appointments with a treatment plan to tackle your problems and monitor progress. Additional follow-up appointments can be made separately. (15 minute appointment each).
Fee: £650
Includes initial consultation, blood tests and three follow-up appointments (15 minutes each)
The fee does not include additional blood tests, scans or the use of other specialists e.g. nutritionists or specialist consultants. Any additional items will be discussed and charged separately.
